The Queen Anne Inn is a quiet bed and breakfast located in the historic Olde
Town neighborhood in Augusta, Georgia. The Inn is a few blocks from the
Riverwalk and the Civic Center. Downtown restaurants and stores are within
walking distance. We serve a continental breakfast on the upstairs enclosed
porch , or guests may choose to enjoy a complimentary cooked breakfast special
at one of the downtown restaurants nearby (Whistlestop Cafe) . We
are able to host a variety of small gatherings , weddings and parties. All rooms
have cable TV , with HBO. Several movie channels are available in the living
room. Some rooms have VCR's and the Inn has a selection of videos and DVD's
which are available for guests. High speed internet is available on our computer
or wireless on your laptop in the main building.

CANCELLATION POLICY.
We have a 24 hour guest cancellation policy.Guests will not be charged for cancellations
made 24 hours or more before check in time. Guests will only be charged if the room
cannot be rented to another party because of late cancellation. Masters week refunds will
only be issued if the room is rented to another party after cancellation.
